Provides an intimate community experience where participants:
Help each other develop deeper self-awareness and master the art of co-creating relationships that catalyze meaningful growth
Explore real-time relationship dynamics, challenge interpersonal patterns through timely feedback, and practice strategic vulnerability necessary for profound impact.
Our program runs over two consecutive virtual three-day weekends. Each session builds upon the previous one and includes collaborative learning activities. Participants are required to attend and actively participate in all workshop sessions.

The Relational Effectiveness organization was founded by experienced Lecturers in Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Co-Founder & Program Co-Director
Dikla is a lecturer in management and a leadership coach at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She teaches leadership and interpersonal dynamics at Stanford's Graduate School of Business, including the beloved "Touchy Feely" course, the school's most sought-after elective for over 50 years. Through experiential learning and T-Group methodology, she creates spaces where leaders develop emotional intelligence, navigate complex relationships, and discover their authentic voice.

Dikla believes leadership excellence stems from deep relational intelligence, the ability to understand group dynamics, foster meaningful connection, and create environments where people and teams thrive. This program draws from decades of facilitating breakthrough moments in some of the world's most demanding leadership environments.
Dikla holds an MA in Organizational Behavior & Leadership from Fielding Graduate University. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Yifat is a lecturer in management and a leadership coach at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She works closely with MBA, MSx, and Executive Education participants to help them expand and transform their leadership capabilities, influencing skills, and power strategies.Yifat teaches the well-known Interpersonal Dynamics course (also known as Touchy Feely), and co-leads the foundational and advanced facilitator training programs, each designed to cultivate mastery in T-Group facilitation.

Yifat’s unique approach lies in her design of experiential leadership programs that ignite meaningful personal and professional growth. She is known for a coaching and leadership style that is compassionate, focused, and results-oriented.Yifat holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from CSPP, a master’s degree in industrial psychology from Bar-Ilan University, and a BA with honors in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University. She also holds a Master Certificate (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
