A new dimension of the relational space will be introduced each day. Across the six sessions, you'll progressively develop core capabilities: from establishing psychological safety and deepening self-awareness to conducting effective feedback conversations, examining the ingredients of interpersonal influence, and building robust connections. Each day you'll practice these skills in small T-group setting. The sequential structure ensures each day builds on the previous one, creating a robust and meaningful experience.

Up to 30 days before the course start date:
You may cancel your registration for a full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee to cover processing costs.
8-29 days before the course start date, you may cancel for a 50% refund, plus a 5% administrative fee to cover processing costs.
Less then 7 days before the course start date or after the course begins: no refunds will be issued.
In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled or rescheduled by The Relational Effectiveness, participants will be offered the choice of:
A full refund, or
A transfer to a future session at no additional cost.
