T-Group is an unstructured experiential learning environment where 8 participants learn about themselves through authentic interactions with each other. With no preset agenda, you share genuine reactions, give and receive feedback, and explore dynamics as they unfold in real time. You discover your interpersonal patterns, recognize blind spots, and develop essential relational skills.
Grounded in Stanford GSB and National Training Laboratories methodology, T-Group creates a high-trust learning lab where you develop deeper self-awareness and master building relationships that drive meaningful impact.
A good T-Group participant shows up with curiosity, courage, and vulnerability, willing to share genuine reactions, be authentically themselves, and stay open to feedback and learning. Equally important is commitment: attending all sessions and fully investing in the process, as the group's ability to build trust and create meaningful learning depends on everyone's consistent, engaged presence.
Attending all 6 sessions is critical for T-Group, and here's why it matters so much: T-Group learning happens through relationships that build over time. Each session deepens trust, understanding, and the group's ability to learn together. When you miss a session, you miss irreplaceable moments of group development, and your absence also impacts your fellow group members, who have come to rely on your presence and perspective.
What happens if you miss: We handle this on a case-by-case basis. If an emergency arises, please contact us immediately. However, missing a session may significantly compromise your learning experience and could affect your ability to continue in the program, depending on timing and circumstances. The investment you and your groupmates make in showing up consistently is what makes T-Group transformative. We encourage you to protect this time and prioritize attendance.
